• Accessible public parking is available on each block on Miami Beach. The closest assessable parking space is located at the rear of the Sherbrooke on the South side of 9th street abutting the service alley.

• Accessible public entrance – Front entrance has an accessible ramp on North side of building.

• Public Areas/Facilities accessible for physically challenged – The lobby has a dedicated ADA restroom which has a compliant sink, a raised toilet, grab bars, large sufficient maneuvering floor space, paper towel dispenser, waste bins, wrapped pipes, hearing-impaired alarm indicators, soap dispensers, compliant doors and operating mechanisms.

• We have a dedicated accessible room with fully compliant entry doors. Due to the historic character of the building and structural limitations, we do not currently have a roll-in shower but are working with our architect to introduce one in the future. We have grab bars in the bathroom. Audible and visual alarms are found throughout the facility. Our televisions offer closed captioning and subtitles.

• Verified Service Support Animals are welcome.

• We have an accessibility lift which will take you from lower lobby to elevator on first floor.
